If you have run out of flour don’t despair, you can still get creative in the kitchen with this oaty flapjack recipe.
Oats are packed full of fibre and are a good source of carbohydrates and antioxidants (which help to protect our cells from damage). Sweet potato adds moisture to the mix, as well as carbohydrates, fibre and vitamins.

Ingredients
3 x Tsp Cinnamon
20g x Butter
25g x Drinking Chocolate Powder
35g x Honey
150g x Rolled Oats
25g x Cooked Sweet Potato
Method
Preheat the oven to 180℃
In a medium pan, melt the butter and honey together.
Mix in the remaining ingredients, making sure that the sweet potato is evenly mixed through.
Transfer the mixture to a lined baking tin and cook for around 20 minutes.
Leave the flapjack to cool before cutting into portions.
